Yes. Through Stripe you can take card payments from the app, with a payment link or directly in your showrooms, and the payment is recorded in the sale.
ITGallery adds 0.5% to Stripe’s fee. In total, for European accounts, that’s 2.4% with European cards and 3.9% with cards from outside Europe. There are no fixed fees.
Yes. From any sale you generate a payment link and send it by email or WhatsApp. When the collector pays, the sale updates itself.
Yes. You record sales and take payments in the currency you need; if the payment arrives in a currency other than your bank account’s, Stripe handles the conversion.
Yes. A sale can start with a reservation or a deposit and be completed with one or more payments, manual or by card, until it’s paid in full.
Yes. Each sale generates its invoice, with automatic numbering and your tax details, and you can issue a proforma beforehand. You can print them, download them or email them from ITGallery.
Yes. Each sale shows its payment status: how much you’ve been paid and what’s outstanding. You can filter your sales by that status and export the results.
Yes. You export the sales and offers you choose, or the results of a search, to Excel, with the sales, tax and payment data ready for your reports.
