How much is ITGallery for collectors?
Between €49 and €149 a month depending on the plan, or between €490 and €1,490 if you pay for the whole year, which works out to ten monthly payments. Prices exclude VAT.
Does the price go up as my collection grows?
No. Every plan allows unlimited artworks, so you pay the same whether you’re documenting your first acquisitions or managing thousands of pieces.
Can my family or my advisor access it?
Yes, each person with their own user account. The Basic plan comes with one account; Premium, two; Professional, five. Only the people you give a user account can access your collection.
What’s the difference between Basic, Premium and Professional?
The number of users, the mailing emails per month (10,000, 25,000 and 50,000) and the support response time: 24 h max. on Basic, 4 h on Premium and priority on Professional. All of them include every feature.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes: there’s no lock-in. Your data is yours and you can export it to Excel or CSV before you leave; if needed, we’ll help you with the handover.
Can you move my existing inventory into ITGallery?
Yes. We move your artworks, with their images, documents, valuations and locations, from Excel, CSV or another program. It’s a separate service, quoted based on how many artworks you have and the condition of your data.
