How much do the plans for artists cost?
Basic costs €49 a month, Premium €79 and Professional €149; per year, €490, €790 and €1,490. Prices exclude VAT, and all three include unlimited artworks, the app and updates.
Do I pay more as my archive grows?
No. You can record all your artworks, with their editions and artist’s proofs, and the price doesn’t change with the number of pieces.
Which plan suits me if I work with an assistant?
Basic includes one user account, Premium two and Professional five. If someone else in your studio needs access, upgrade whenever you like: the change applies to your next invoice.
How many newsletters can I send?
Each plan includes a number of mailing emails per month: 10,000 on Basic, 25,000 on Premium and 50,000 on Professional, for your mailings to collectors, galleries and curators.
Can I pay yearly? Is there a lock-in?
Yes, you can pay yearly: it’s the same as ten monthly payments, so you save two months. There’s no lock-in and you can cancel whenever you like.
What if my archive is already in Excel or another program?
We migrate your artworks, editions, contacts, exhibitions, sales, images and documents. Migration is quoted separately, based on the volume and condition of your data.
