How does the free trial work?
You get a 15-day free trial, with no commitment and no credit card details. You can try every feature of the system, the app included, without limitations.
What happens after the trial? Do I keep my data?
When the 15 days are up, the account is suspended until you purchase a license, and your data is kept in the meantime. If you subscribe, it is reactivated with everything you entered. If you decide not to continue, the account and its data are deleted.
I already have a management system, but I like ITGallery better. Can I migrate my data?
Of course. We migrate data from FileMaker, Excel, CSV or any other art management software. We have migrated galleries with more than 20 years of records.
How much does it cost to sign up?
Nothing. Signing up and the initial setup are free: you only pay for the monthly or annual license.
Is the cost of migration included in the license? Does it take long?
Migration is quoted separately, based on the volume and condition of your data; some plans come with special terms. It usually takes 7 to 10 days, and you can keep working as usual in the meantime.
If I ever want to cancel, can I? What happens to my data?
Yes, you can cancel your account whenever you like, with no lock-in. Before you leave, you can export all your data to Excel or CSV, and we can help you with the handover if you need it.
