It’s very simple: if you put us in touch with someone and that person purchases an ITGallery license, you receive a commission on their first year. You don’t need to make a sale or manage the process. Just write to us with the contact, or introduce them to someone on our team by email. We take care of the rest. ## Commission per signup You’ll receive a commission calculated on the first-year license amount of each client who signs up. The percentage increases as you grow as a partner, and the level you reach is yours forever: - **10%** Clients 1 – 10 - **15%** Clients 11 – 19 - **20%** Client 20 onward ## A bonus for the person you refer On top of your commission, the person you introduce gets a 10% discount on their first year of license, simply for coming from you. ## License rates and commissions The amount of your commissions will depend on: - The number of referred clients who purchase a license. - The type of client and the plan purchased. - The billing frequency, quarterly or annual. - Your level in the program, with a commission of between 10% and 20%. This means that, as the number of referred licenses and your involvement as a partner grow, the total value of the commissions you generate can grow too. On plans billed quarterly, it’s calculated on each quarterly payment; on annual plans, on the annual amount paid by the client. 10% is the program’s entry level and 20% the top level. Every license includes a 15-day free trial. Your role as a partner ## How do I refer a potential client? The program is designed for professionals with a presence in the art world who can spot opportunities and present ITGallery knowledgeably. There’s no single way to do it. Before you decide ## Terms If you still have questions, write to us and we’ll answer them. - The commissions shown are gross amounts. - The commission is generated on the first year of license of the client you refer. - It’s calculated on the net amount of the license purchased (excluding additional locations, extra users, customizations, migrations and other services, except for Exhibify VR referrals). - If the client switches license, the commission adjusts to the new one. - To receive payment, we’ll need your bank account details. We’ll ask for them once the first commission is confirmed. - Payments are made in euros or dollars, at the exchange rate on the day of the transfer. - ITGallery sets prices, discounts and terms in all cases. - The partner does not act as ITGallery’s legal representative.
