If something is missing, write to us and we’ll give you a straight answer. ### How long does a migration take? Usually 7 to 10 days, depending on the volume of information and how the data is structured. You can keep working as usual in the meantime. ### Which formats can I migrate from? From Excel, CSV, FileMaker and most art management programs, which can export data to one of those formats. If in doubt, send us a sample and we’ll tell you how to do it. ### Can I migrate from another management system? Yes. An export from your current system is all it takes. We have migrated galleries with more than 20 years of records from other management programs. ### Can images and documents be migrated too? Yes. Images and documents are imported and linked to their artworks, as long as your export includes a way to match them, such as the inventory number. ### Can I export my data if I want to switch platforms in the future?
