How much does the art gallery software cost?
Gallery plans range from €79 to €299 a month, or €790 to €2,990 a year, depending on the number of users and the services included. All of them include unlimited artworks, the app and free updates, and start with a 15-day trial with no credit card.
Can I invoice under REBU and comply with Verifactu?
Yes. When you record a sale, you choose the tax scheme that applies, including REBU (Spain’s special margin scheme for second-hand goods and art), and the invoice is generated with the artwork and buyer details. ITGallery is Verifactu-ready, so your invoices comply with Spain’s new invoicing regulation.
How do I manage consignments and artist settlements?
In the Movements module you record consignments, loans and purchases, with their dates, their documents and the change of location of the artworks. For each sale you enter the artist’s percentage, and ITGallery keeps track of what they are owed and the payments you make to them.
Can I migrate my inventory from Excel or another program?
Yes. We migrate artworks, artists, contacts, exhibitions, sales, images and documents from Excel, CSV, FileMaker or other management software. We take care of the process and check it with you before you start working.
Can several team members use it at the same time?
Yes. Depending on the plan you get 1 to 10 user accounts, and you can add more. Everyone logs in with their own user, and you decide which modules each person can access: contacts, sales, offers…
Where is each artwork at all times?
Each artwork has a location and, if you need it, a sub-location: storage, shelf, fair, deposit… Its status tells you whether it is available, reserved, sold or on loan, and its history keeps track of everywhere it has been.
Does it comply with the GDPR for my collectors’ data?
Yes. We process data in accordance with the GDPR and European privacy law: your contacts are stored on servers in the European Union, with access restricted to the users you authorize, and we never share them with third parties.
